Lt. A.J Bressler is one of Harry Callahan's superiors in the Dirty Harry films. He is in charge of the homicide department. Bressler appears in Dirty Harry and The Enforcer. He gets annoyed by Callahan's methods, but seems to be more on Harry's side compared to the rest of Harry's superiors. He tries to keep Callahan from getting in trouble.
